Our Story
Fairview Clubhouse is a historic property formerly belonging to West
Point Stevens. The clubhouse, which sits on 38 acres, was purchased by
Steve and Peggy Thompson in 2014. Since acquiring Fairview, Steve and
Peggy have restored and modernized the clubhouse while maintaining its
rustic charm.
The Thompsons strived to create an atmosphere for others to enjoy for special events and occasions. The clubhouse features a main area that includes two fireplaces, a back porch perfect for that indoor/outdoor atmosphere, a front patio, a large kitchen, and a bonus room with a full bath perfect for bridal parties.
The outdoor space offers a large area perfect for weddings and other activities.
A covered pavilion also sits on the property which is all surrounded by the privacy of nature.
